Netnote application is the interaction platform of notemunity. Noteapp performs three technical functions for netnoters to enter into Money 3.0.

Netnoters assume absolute authority and total responsibility of noteapp like they commonly do with their physical wallet.

Netnoters own the digital assets by owning noteapp. Losing control of noteapp will mean losing ownership of the application and the digital assets that it contains.

Technical Function Two

SPACE TO EXCHANGE NETNOTE

Netnote is only transferable through noteapp.

Netnote is a bearer asset, meaning that during the transaction the sender would transfer value to the receiver, without intermediaries. This is something fundamentally different from existing payment system in which the operator debits and credits the accounts without transferring actual values.

Exchanging netnote with other goods and services is at the willingness of general public. Notemunity reactivates self-governance of public money affairs and give back financial democracy to netnoters.
